Leaving a voice-mail is one thing – conveying a favorite memory can seem harder. To get past shyness, we suggest taking one of the following approaches.
1) The first thing that comes to mind…
- A trip that you took together
- What you have in common
- Where you met
- A funny thing that happened to both of you
- A party or dinner you attended together
- A moment when the recipient helped or inspired you

- Why do you associate the recipient with that song? Any favorite images or quotes?
- Is there a particular phrase in the song that is meaningful?
