Limited Warranty

Your VoiceQuilt™ Keepsake is warranted against defective material or workmanship for one (1) year from your date of purchase. With proper care, however, your VoiceQuilt Keepsake should last much, much longer. This warranty applies to VoiceQuilt keepsakes purchased and operated in the United States and its territories. This warranty gives you specific legal rights as well as other rights which may vary from state to state.

Any defective part will be repaired or replaced (with a product of equivalent value) at no charge to you provided the VoiceQuilt keepsake has not been tampered with and has been used in strict accordance with these instructions. VoiceQuilt does not warrant product issues arising in whole or in part from misuse, abuse or damages arising from actions out of the control of the purchaser, seller or manufacturer such as flood, fire, lightning or other similar occurrences.

If your VoiceQuilt™ Keepsake fails to perform as stated, please email your contact information and a brief description of the issue to VoiceQuilt at , or call us toll free at 800-764-8533. When you contact us, we will determine whether you should return the VoiceQult to us and at time we will provide you with instructions for returning your VoiceQuilt™ Keepsake for credit or replacement. Items must have prior authorization before returning. Items submitted for return must be packaged for safe arrival.
